Master Architect

The company HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L seeks a skilled Architect to provide new construction architectural design services.

• Develop and implement new construction architectural design concepts and project development strategies.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, schematics, and renderings for construction projects.
• Conduct feasibility and environmental impact studies to inform design decisions.
• Select sites or specify design requirements based on client needs.
• Present designs to clients for review and feedback.
• Develop final construction plans that meet building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
• Evaluate compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other ordinances.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute necessary changes throughout the planning and design processes.
• Responsible for selected construction inspections, quality control, submittal reviews.
• Attend meetings as required.

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from a NAAB accredited program.
• Minimum five (5) years' working experience in the design/construction field.
• Registered Architect (RA) license preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2012 or later and other Architect-Engineer graphic software.
• Experience in developing plans, statements of work, designs, specifications, cost estimates, and scheduling for facility engineering projects.
