Elderly Support Worker Needed:

JobLeader is seeking an experienced Elderly Support Worker to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing emotional support and companionship to elderly individuals, as well as assisting with daily tasks and activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients, including engaging in hobbies and activities
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Communicating effectively with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of elderly care needs and requirements
  • No prior experience required, but a caring and compassionate nature is essential
