Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Arc Sight Management Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, administering, and troubleshooting Arc Sight Enterprise Security Manager (ESM), Logger, Arc Sight Management Centers (Arc MCs), Smart Connector, and Flex Connectors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, administer, and troubleshoot Arc Sight ESM, Logger, Arc Sight Management Centers (Arc MCs), Smart Connector, and Flex Connectors.
  • Organize repositories for configuration information and develop mechanisms to record and track network configuration changes.
  • Interpret, analyze, and monitor for compliance with Cyber Security policies.
  • Review and update Cyber Security tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Install, administer, and operate Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, Confluent Kafka, Docker, Log Stash, Zookeeper, and Arc Sight products.
  • Troubleshoot servers and infrastructure equipment.
  • Assess networking requirements and provide solutions.
  • Make accurate and independent decisions under pressure.

Requirements

  • An active Secret Clearance.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or MIS, IS, Engineering, or a related field.
  • One year of related academic study above the high school level may be substituted for one year of experience up to a maximum of a 4-year bachelor's degree in a Software Engineering or Business Information Systems discipline for three years general experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in administrative, technical work, which demonstrated the ability and aptitudes, required to perform technical and analytical work involving information management systems.
  • Experience with platforms including a combination of the following: Red Hat Linux, Microsoft Windows, and relational databases.

This position requires candidates to adhere to Do D 8570.01 M. All candidates are required to maintain at least one baseline certification and one computing environment (CE) certification.
