Jazeera Airways, a leading Low-Cost Carrier in the Middle East, seeks an experienced leader to head our Terminal 5 operations. Our company prides itself on delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain yearly business and operational plans, driving financial performance and non-aeronautical revenue generation
- Oversee terminal projects and initiatives related to expanding operations and enhancing revenue streams
- Implement quality control, safety, and security policies, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Monitor expenditure for new projects and upgrades, maintaining airport facilities and services
- Responsible for terminal licensing processes and measuring internal and external process effectiveness

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Aviation/Terminal Management; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 15 years' experience in airport operations and airline industry, with GCC experience a plus
- Familiarity with LCC operations & business model and strong decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills, bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred
- Proven management & leadership skills, with a strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of Civil Aviation rules and regulations is essential
