Our goal is to expand our services by opening a state-of-the-art hospital in Kuwait. We are hiring healthcare and non-healthcare professionals to ensure the success of this new facility, which aims to be the preferred destination for treatment in the region.

About You

You are an experienced Neurologist seeking a new challenge and an opportunity to advance your career and improve patient lives. You are an innovative leader ready to transform neurology practice.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct initial assessments, request investigations, analyze results, diagnose, treat, and follow-up;
  2. Prescribe or administer therapy, medications, and other medical care to treat or prevent diseases;
  3. Explain procedures and discuss diagnostic results or treatments with patients and attendants;
  4. Monitor patient conditions, re-evaluate, and adjust treatments accordingly;
  5. Refer patients to specialists or consult with other physicians as needed;
  6. Authenticate and sign medical records and progress notes, review and countersign junior staff notes;
  7. Perform diagnostic or therapeutic procedures within your qualification and experience;
  8. Approve discharge summaries, follow-up reports, and medical reports;
  9. Ensure implementation of clinical guidelines and hospital policies;
  10. Participate in on-call duties as per hospital policy and assume departmental coordinator responsibilities;
  11. Engage in clinical and academic activities of the hospital.

Your Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and work effectively in a team environment;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic;
  • Proficiency in diagnosing conditions affecting the nervous system;
  • Strong ethics and confidentiality standards;
  • Attention to detail and adaptability to evolving medical practices and technologies.

Education & Qualifications:

  • MBBS, Master's degree, and highest qualification (PhD, MD, Board Certification, or Fellowship);
  • Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 9 years post-qualification for a Consultant license;
  • Minimum 9 years of experience, with at least 3 years post-qualification for a Specialist license;
  • Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
