About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Online Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging social media content to drive online conversations and build brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality visual and written content that aligns with our brand values and messaging.
- Develop and implement social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on all social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our online presence remains current and competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution required.
- Demonstrated experience using computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, social media, and database management.
- At least two years of experience in an office environment.
- Demonstrated experience denoting excellent follow-up, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Fully bilingual. Fluent in Arabic and English. Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly and effectively at all levels within the University and to the community in English.
