**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Part-Time Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized physiotherapy sessions to patients in their homes, focusing on rehabilitation, pain management, and improving physical mobility.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver in-home physiotherapy sessions focused on recovery, pain relief, mobility improvement, and function restoration.
- Provide post-surgical rehabilitation and chronic condition management.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and techniques.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and preventive practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (or higher).
