**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Part-Time Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized physiotherapy sessions to patients in their homes, focusing on rehabilitation, pain management, and improving physical mobility.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver in-home physiotherapy sessions focused on recovery, pain relief, mobility improvement, and function restoration.
  • Provide post-surgical rehabilitation and chronic condition management.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and techniques.
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
