About the Position

We are looking for a Commercial Partnership Specialist to join our team at Procapita Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive sales growth and expand relationships with key accounts in the HORECA sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Account Development: Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen relationships with key HORECA clients, identify and secure new business opportunities within the sector.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to identify areas for improvement, prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key account activities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of managing HORECA clients and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to work with sales forecasting tools.
