About the Role

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service as a host in our fine dining restaurant. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule dining reservations and arrange special services for guests.
  • Provide a warm welcome to customers, seat them, and offer menus.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area and support servers with customer needs.
  • Direct servers on customer requirements to ensure prompt and quality service.
  • Prepare workstations, organize reservation books, and ensure menu presentation is spotless.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel Management.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English.
  • High level of change adaptability and commercial understanding.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
