Jacquemus is a Paris-based fashion house known for its creative and unconventional runway shows. The brand's collections reference the French art of living and universal beauty gestures, incorporating influences from fine art photography to decorative arts, cinema, painting, and sculpture.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Fashion Consultants to join our team at the first Jacquemus concession in Kuwait. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will collect data on customer behavior, top sellers, and slow movers to inform business reviews and drive strategic decisions.
  • You will develop and maintain strong client relationships within an omni-channel approach.
  • You will provide pre-buying feedback on products to ensure we meet our guests' expectations.
  • You will drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture.
  • You will ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • You will ensure click and collect services are conducted within service-level agreements.
  • You will capture customer data in accordance with marketing requirements.
  • You will promote the loyalty program and stay up-to-date with app offerings.
  • You will support in-store marketing events and activations.
  • You will stay informed about brand social media activities and campaigns.
  • You will drive sell-throughs within the store.
  • You will support customer experience initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
  • Prior retail sales experience, preferably in ready-to-wear fashion.
  • Understanding of retail KPIs and selling techniques.
  • Prior CRM and clienteling experience.
