**Job Description:**
We are looking for a Plant Operations Coordinator to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring economical efficiency of equipment, planning, following-up and controlling works as scheduled, and reviewing and improving preventive maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures economical efficiency of equipment, optimizing preventive maintenance schedules.
- Plans, follows-up and controls works as scheduled, ensuring that preventive maintenance works are performed and consumption of spare parts and other materials monitored into Maximo.
- Reviews and improves preventive maintenance programs, in accordance with local requirements.
- Directs shift engineers/technicians to sustain and continuously improve efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, preferred Electrical Engineering.
- 10 years relevant hands-on professional experience.
- Supervising, welding and fabrication management, computer literacy: MS Office, Oracle & all related software programs.
- Must be trained on Recombining expert level.
