Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to fill the role of Technical Support Manager at Nasco General Trading & Cont. This position requires expertise in network management and help desk support, with a solid understanding of IT systems and applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing standardized protocols for the use of information technology across departments and projects. Additionally, they should be able to provide expert advice on IT choices, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Institute and maintain standardized protocols for the use of information technology.
  2. Provide expert advice on IT choices.
  3. Offer technical support and training for systems and networks.
  4. Serve as a liaison between end-users and higher-level support teams.
  5. Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware.
  6. Maintain continuous monitoring of system and network performance.
  7. Perform thorough troubleshooting, repairs, and data restoration.
  8. Prioritize performance maintenance activities.
Requirements

Candidate Profile:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field from a reputable institution.
  2. Experience in network management and help desk support is advantageous.
  3. Deep knowledge of IT systems and applications, including TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration.
  4. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex issues.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (365, Office) and other relevant tools.
