Lead Musician

We are seeking an exceptional musician to lead our music program at the Independent Association Of Prep Schools.

As Lead Musician, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the music department, leading music ensembles, and providing individual instruction to students.

You will also be expected to develop and implement music curriculum that aligns with the school's vision and mission, cultivate relationships with local music institutions, and mentor and guide teachers to improve their practice and achieve high standards.

• A proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning
• A genuine passion for music and sound knowledge of the music curriculum
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to lead teachers out of specialism
