Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Doctor to join our team at Abroad Work in Kuwait. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise in patient care, diagnosis, and treatment while working collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct detailed medical assessments, taking into account patients' medical histories and test results to develop accurate diagnoses.
  2. Implement evidence-based treatment plans for patients, incorporating medication prescriptions and other interventions as necessary.
  3. Provide regular health checks and offer guidance to patients to prevent illnesses and identify potential issues early on.
  4. Perform minor surgical procedures when required, adhering to strict medical protocols.
  5. Refer patients to specialist medical practitioners when necessary, ensuring seamless patient care.
  6. Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed and maintaining comprehensive patient records.

Requirements:

  • A medical degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Doctor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical ethics, laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and circumstances.
  • Composure under pressure, with the ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
