Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of vehicle maintenance operations, ensuring established policies and procedures are effectively enforced.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducts planning and scheduling of maintenance and services for all assigned equipment.
  2. Responsible for Hand Receipt Holder for tools, equipment, and spare parts assigned to the section.
  3. Utilizes Global Combat Support-Army (GCSS-Army) to manage daily maintenance related functions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Must provide copy of diploma.
    • MOS or civilian trade qualification in US Army MOS 63B Wheel Mechanic or equivalent.
    • A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License and Host Nation Heavy Driver's License.
  • Experience:
    • Approximately two (2) years' experience in Tactical and Non-tactical Vehicle (NTV) maintenance at the journeyman level, with at least five (5) years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills:
    • Must have knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.
    • Familiar with the use of Military electronic or paper version of technical manuals.
    • Ability to read, analyze, understand, and interprets blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, reports, technical publications, and documents.
