Procurement Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Strategist to join our team at Adnar Group.

This is a key role that requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain accurate records of goods ordered and received, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Identify and engage with potential vendors, negotiating favorable terms and conditions for supply agreements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets and financial resources, optimizing procurement spend to drive business growth.
• Liaise with staff to develop and implement effective purchasing strategies, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
• Review and evaluate vendor performance, resolving disputes and claims in a fair and professional manner.
• Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities, making informed decisions to drive value-added services.

• 5-10 years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with a good understanding of local market conditions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Possess excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
