About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Crisis Management Operator to join our team in Kuwait. As a critical member of our operations, you will be responsible for receiving and managing emergency calls, dispatching personnel, and providing medical pre-arrival instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage emergency calls, dispatching personnel and resources to critical incidents.
  • Provide medical pre-arrival instructions to callers, ensuring they receive the best possible care until help arrives.
  • Maintain accurate records of emergency calls, incidents, and responses.
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Police, Fire, or EMS Dispatcher.
  • The ability to communicate effectively on the radio and telephone, with excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of emergency procedures and protocols, including CPR certification and EMD certification.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure and making sound decisions quickly.
