The Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya is seeking a highly skilled Director of SPA to lead our award-winning Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Spa. The ideal candidate will be an expert in creating exceptional spa experiences and provide strategic guidance to enhance our luxury offerings.

This leadership role involves overseeing the entire spa department, including managing employees, developing innovative treatments, and ensuring seamless operational execution. A proven track record in sales and marketing of the spa is essential, along with a deep understanding of market trends and ability to create effective business plans.

We require a creative leader who can bring a unique flair to our spa environment while demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience as a luxury spa leader is necessary, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
