**Job Title:** Director of Dance

About the Role:

Loyac Academy of Performing Arts (LAPA) is seeking a skilled Director of Dance to lead the dance department and oversee all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct the dance department
  • Develop and implement creative approaches and plans
  • Mentor colleagues and accredit students
  • Build and develop the dance brand

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor or equivalent diploma
  • 7 – 10 years of relevant experience
  • Accredited teacher/academic
