The Role
We are seeking a skilled Skincare Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs, offering expert advice, and demonstrating suitable products. Key responsibilities include building relationships with key customers, maintaining store standards, and achieving sales targets.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the store, identify their needs through questioning, recommend and demonstrate appropriate products, and provide professional till point service.
- Offer Facial Massage services to select customers by prior appointment to build lasting relationships and cultivate brand loyalty.
- Ensure product/hygiene guidelines are followed as per the operating manual.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, including window displays.
- Check stock levels daily and recommend orders to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
About You
Requirements:
Training in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology.
Experience:
1 to 2 years retail sales or customer service experience in the beauty industry.
