Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team. This is a remote opportunity with the possibility of travel to Dubai and Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of the Global HR module and at least one other module, preferably Payroll, Absence, Talent, Helpdesk, Time and Labour or Recruitment.
  • Should be able to design and configure solutions on the chosen modules, with experience in client workshops and data migration to Oracle Cloud.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between them quickly.
  • Must have experience in migrating setup changes from non-Production to Production environments.

Requirements

  • Understanding of the Global HR module and at least one other module.
  • Experience in designing and configuring solutions on the chosen modules.
  • Knowledge and experience with data migration to Oracle Cloud.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and migrate setup changes.
