Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our teams of software engineers. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing engineering strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.

  • Develop and execute engineering strategies to drive business growth and improve product quality
  • Lead and manage teams of software engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects and initiatives
  • Develop and implement processes and tools to improve team productivity and efficiency

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
