Medical Specialist Position
We are seeking a highly skilled medical specialist to provide high-quality patient care and evidence-based practices in the field of ENT diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures.
About the Role:This role involves diagnosing and treating patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions, ensuring adherence to medical protocols and standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Diagnose and treat patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions, ensuring adherence to medical protocols and standards of care.
- Surgeries: Perform complex surgeries including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgeries, and laryngectomies.
- Consultations: Manage outpatient and inpatient consultations and treatments, collaborating with other departments for multidisciplinary care.
- Team Leadership: Supervise junior doctors, residents, and medical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to hospital standards and guidelines.
- Kuwait Residency: Candidates must currently be residents in Kuwait.
- Clinical Expertise: Strong expertise in ENT diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment are mandatory.
- Licensing: Candidates should possess a valid Kuwaiti medical license and a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
