About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as a B2C and B2B Customer Support Officer. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Utilize systems and tools to initiate and service customers, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer requests.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (IT, Finance, Operation, Maintenance) to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 2-year experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience working with ticketing and customer management systems.
