Key Responsibilities:

  • Adapt instructional methods within the existing curriculum to meet diverse student needs and abilities.

Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Assess and evaluate students' musical progress using various assessment tools and techniques.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate their progress to parents and guardians.

Classroom Management:

  • Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote a safe and respectful learning space.

School Performances and Events:

  • Plan and coordinate music performances, concerts, and other school events.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure successful event execution.

Professional Development:

  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in music education.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and strategies for improving music instruction.
