Job Overview:

The Yiaco Medical Company seeks a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Registrar to lead its pediatric department. Reporting to the Medical Director, this individual will be responsible for planning, directing, and administering activities for pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure implementation of Ministry of Health regulations, Company Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and Pediatric Department Policy and Guidelines.
  2. Clinical Care: Diagnose and treat patients referred to the pediatric department.
  3. Clinic Management: Run his/her own clinic, providing high-quality patient care.
  4. Staff Development: Help in professional development of all staff members.
  5. Patient Safety: Ensure safety of patients and staff.
  6. Code Blue Response: Lead resuscitation processes during CODE BLUE pediatric cases while on call.
  7. Triage System: Collaborate with the Head Nurse to set up a triage system that suits the local community without compromising the private nature of the service.
