About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Horticultural Specialist to maintain and enhance the beauty of clients' gardens and outdoor spaces at ConFlip.

Responsibilities:

  • Planting:
  • Pruning:
    • Deadheading flowers and shrubs
    • Reducing overgrown branches
  • Watering:
  • Fertilizing:
  • Pest control management:
    • Monitoring for signs of pests or diseases
    • Implementing control measures as necessary

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in horticulture or landscaping
  • Strong knowledge of plant care and maintenance techniques
  • Preferred degree or certification in horticulture or related field

Work Arrangement: Contract position with a monthly salary of $1400. Accommodation not provided.
