Job Summary

The Barista Coordinator is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to customers. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily operational tasks according to established standards, including requisitioning product orders and setting up necessary equipment.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace, and promptly notify the manager of any discrepancies related to procedures or quality.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints positively, ensuring guest satisfaction through high-quality service.
  • Place orders for necessary items by coordinating with suppliers, following established guidelines and product-specific requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate log sheets.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of specialty drink preparation is a plus.

A high school degree is required, and zero to two years of experience in F&B Operations or a similar role is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer focus, planning, and communication skills.
