Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production of all pastries, desserts, and breads in a timely manner.
  • Ensure food safety practices are followed at all times.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
  • Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious pastry menus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
