Job Overview

At HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ODC Account Manager to join our team in Kuwait. This role is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to our ODC partners, ensuring they thrive by optimizing operations, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for ODC partners, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Provide Strategic Guidance and Support: Offer expert advice and support to help partners optimize their performance and drive engagement.
  • Growth & Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase sales, boost order volume, and maximize revenue.
  • Identify Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Expand Deliveroo's value proposition for partners and identify new revenue streams.
  • Operational Excellence: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics, fulfillment, and catalogue management for partners.
  • Proactively Address Operational Challenges: Improve efficiency and service levels by addressing operational challenges proactively.
  • Performance Insights & Data-Driven Decision Making: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, order volume, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide Actionable Insights and Recommendations: Drive continuous improvement by providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Onboarding & Partner Enablement: Lead the seamless onboarding of new partners, ensuring compliance with Deliveroo's standards.
  • Train Partners on Best Practices: Enhance partner presence on the platform by training them on best practices, tools, and features.
  • Marketing & Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal marketing teams and partners to execute promotions and campaigns that drive customer engagement.
  • Propose Innovative Initiatives: Enhance brand visibility and partner success by proposing innovative initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or partnerships—preferably in retail, e-commerce, or a high-growth marketplace.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights-driven strategies.
  • Dynamic Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • CMS Tools: Experience with CRM tools, analytics dashboards, and performance tracking systems is a plus.
