Job Title: Control Systems Specialist

Join our team as a highly skilled and motivated control systems specialist to lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of building management system (BMS) controls and chiller plant controls. This is a full-time position that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to defined safety guidelines and rules on site;
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by identifying concerns, implementing corrective actions, and developing internal and external communication plans;
  • Directly report to the project engineer and follow schedules and guidance;
  • Coordinate with customers for factory acceptance tests and site acceptance tests;
  • Supervise sites, conduct testing and commissioning, integrate systems, and hand over projects;
  • Configure BMS systems and chiller plant controls;
  • Document and maintain reports throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Submit reports and timesheets on time;
  • Comply with additional work-related assignments as instructed by management;
  • Meet 100% EH&S regulations compliance;
  • Adhere to approval matrix requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum education: ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent field;
  • Valid Kuwait driving license;
  • Relevant experience in the same industry (2-4 years);
  • Thorough knowledge of HVAC controls/BMS products and chiller plant manager;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Team player with negotiation and computer skills;
  • Proficiency in English, Arabic an advantage;
  • Communication skills;
  • Customer-focused orientation.
