Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a customer experience strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the CRM team to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in customer experience, CRM, and sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Arabic.
