- Adhere to the outlined workflow on the Green Shield Schedule and utilize standard operating procedures (SOPs) as a reference guide to complete tasks per company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the maintenance room, manage tool inventory daily, and ensure tools are in good working condition.
- Promote safety and security by maintaining boiler rooms, electric rooms, HVAC rooms, fire sprinkler rooms according to company standards and local ordinances.
- Evaluate and ensure all fire safety equipment (fire alarm system, smoke detectors, CO detectors, fire extinguishers, etc.) are operational and current.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security policies and procedures, including OSHA and ADA regulations.
- Maintain pool and/or spa facilities according to company policies and local ordinance when applicable.
- Respond to emergencies at the property or sister sites as directed by management.Additional Responsibilities
