About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the complete logistics cycle, from procurement and manufacturing to delivery and onward shipping.

Your primary objective will be to optimize shipments, taking into account business requirements, freight forwarders, and hazardous cargo considerations. You will work closely with logistics service providers to ensure that goods reach their destination in a timely manner while maintaining a competitive edge.

  • Collaborate with logistics service providers to resolve services failures and find creative solutions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze data and recommend continuous improvement activities to drive value and performance for business leaders.
  • Assess budgets and forecasts to calculate total cost of ownership and derive the most economical routing.

  • Working knowledge of at least two modes of transportation (Ocean, Air, or Land).
  • Familiarity with logistics software and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
