Role Purpose
This exciting opportunity is for a Senior Developer to join our high-performing IT team in Prague or Kuwait City. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for researching, designing, testing, evaluating, implementing, and managing software programs. Your key responsibilities will include identifying areas for modifying existing programs and developing these modifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate software requirements into workable programming code and maintain as well as develop programs for the business and clients.
- Establish detailed program specifications through discussion with internal/external clients, including actions required for the program to perform.
- A solid understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management, and best development practices.
- Evaluate, adapt, and increase the program's effectiveness to new requirements as necessary while addressing complex tasks or problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent degree in IT, preferably with Microsoft Development Certifications.
- Minimum four years of relevant experience.
- Full understanding of software development life cycle, web development, source control, release management, debugging, and 3-tier application development.
- Professional knowledge/experience: C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, .net core, Jscript, ADO.net, SQL, HTML, XML, JSON, JQuery, CSS.
- Knowledge of GIT, and MS Azure is an advantage.
