Veedee Solutions LLP invites applications from experienced professionals for the roles of Machine Operator and Assistant Operator in Kuwait. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities include operating equipment and machinery, maintaining product yield and loss reports, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for processing products and maintaining production procedures.

The successful candidate for the Assistant Operator role will be responsible for performing changeovers of downstream equipment machines, including high-speed lines. You will also be required to perform pattern changes on the machine and ensure accuracy in your work.

Salary: 208 KD to 230 KD

Job Requirements
  • Clean In Place (CIP) operation of equipment and machinery
  • Maintaining product yield and loss reports
  • Experience in operation of aseptic tanks, automated valve matrices, and delivery lines
  • Able to operate processor plants and functional aspects of steps in processing
  • Proven experience as a machine operator
  • Experience in manufacturing industry
  • Analytical skills
  • Troubleshooting
  • Manpower handling
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding production procedures
  • Tetra Pack Certified
  • Experience in operating other UHT machines, Tubular, PHE

Skill Requirements

  • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF PERSONAL HYGIENE AND FOOD SAFETY
  • ABLE TO DO CHANGEOVERS OF ALL TYPES OF DOWNSTREAM EQUIPMENT (DE) MACHINES INCLUDING HIGH SPEED LINES
  • ABLE TO DO PATTERN CHANGE ON THE MACHINE
  • Perfrom the COP activity on machine
  • GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF PRODUCTION PROCESS
  • ENSURE ACCURACY
  • GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • BASIC COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE
