We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team at Woopel in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Green Space Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the plants and gardens of our clients.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Planting, maintaining, and pruning flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to client preferences and instructions
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as watering, fertilizing, and mowing
  • Weeding gardens and removing dead or damaged plants
  • Monitoring plant health and identifying any pest or disease issues
  • Maintaining outdoor spaces by raking leaves, sweeping walkways, and removing debris
  • Installing and maintaining irrigation systems as needed
  • Collaborating with team members to design new gardens or make changes to existing ones

You will also be expected to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Gardener is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of different types of plants, their care requirements, and common pests/diseases
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
  • Excellent communication skills in English (preferred)
  • A passion for gardening and ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and pay attention to detail
