Key Responsibilities:
  1. Infrastructure Setup & Management: Manage and maintain internet infrastructure for customers, including router configuration, mesh network optimization, and IP addressing. Guide customers on best practices for network setup and performance optimization.
  2. Training & Technical Support: Train field technicians on internet infrastructure installation, router configuration, mesh networking, and troubleshooting. Develop training materials and SOPs for technicians to follow during installations. Provide remote and on-site technical support to resolve internet connectivity issues.
  3. Customer Support & Service Optimization: Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely installations and minimal service disruptions. Document and track common customer issues to enhance troubleshooting guides and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in network engineering, support, or telecom operations with a focus on internet connectivity and configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with internet infrastructure, fiber or 5G routers, mesh networks, IP addressing, firewalls, and Wi-Fi optimization.
  • Strong ability to train and mentor field technicians in network installations and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in on-site and remote customer support, ensuring high service quality.
  • Proficiency in interacting with customers in English with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proficiency in network diagnostic tools, remote troubleshooting software, and system logs analysis.
