Job Summary
As a Master HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for performing inspections on HVAC systems to evaluate condition, identify repairs, and perform preventive maintenance. This includes tracking performance of maintenance activities and troubleshooting complex HVAC/R systems.

Responsibilities
  1. Respond to service calls, produce reports via CMMS on malfunctions.
  2. Respond to emergencies, diagnose issues, and determine repair or replacement needs.
  3. Install, repair, and maintain large commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  4. Perform recurring work on HVAC equipment including control and monitoring systems.
  5. Design, modify, and repair HVAC equipment and systems.
  6. Maintain critical environmental systems within secure facilities, supporting high system availability.
  7. Provide technical support for security-sensitive facilities, including sound baffling and electrical system issues.

Requirements
This position requires a High school diploma or equivalent plus 10 years of related experience leading to licensure as a Master HVAC, or equivalent certification. Alternatively, 12 years of military HVAC training/certification experience is also acceptable. Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance and eligibility for SCI access.
