Corporate Lawyer Specialist

Canar Holding is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer Specialist to coordinate with corporate external legal advisors on all legal matters related to the Company.

• Represent the company before government agencies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Liaise with internal corporate clients to ensure proper document compilation in preparation for litigation and/or arbitration proceedings.
• Follow up and arrange corporate legal documents, such as Articles of Association (AOA), Power of Attorney (POA), and other related documents.
• Execute different corporate court transactions, including verdict execution and legal notices.
• Review and provide recommendations on various corporate agreements, such as Joint Ventures, Agencies, Subcontracts, Employment Contracts, etc.
• Assist in performing court case preparation work, including interviewing witnesses and preparing briefs.
• Prepare correspondence with external government and non-government bodies regarding legal corporate transactions.
