- Respond to customer requests or inquiries and report problems to the concerned department.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic languages, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving performance metrics.
- Minimum 2-year experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
- Experience working with ticketing and customer management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically and creatively.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to develop a good understanding of the company's products and services.
- Maintain knowledge of all company services.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuwait City. The working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, 5 days a week.
