The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers through various channels, ensuring timely and effective communication, and delivering quality customer experiences that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and service customer inquiries using systems and tools.
  • Handle customer calls, emails, complaints, and inquiries with courtesy and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain proper communication and reporting with all departments (IT, Finance, Operation, Maintenance).
  • Respond to customer requests or inquiries and report problems to the concerned department.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic languages, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving performance metrics.
  • Minimum 2-year experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience working with ticketing and customer management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically and creatively.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to develop a good understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Maintain knowledge of all company services.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuwait City. The working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, 5 days a week.
