Job Summary

This role is responsible for project planning functions to ensure completion of projects as scheduled.

Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting in a multi-project environment.
  • Must have hands-on experience in software automation and demonstrate skills in Primavera.
  • Must be able to highlight the critical path to line managers and proactively ensure project completion on schedule.
  • Support the project by managing the planning process and planning personnel across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
  • Supervise the planning function during design and construction stages of assigned projects.
  • Maintain effective performance through Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs.
  • Achieve safety standards and continuously improve systems and personal performance.
  • Carry out work according to HSE and Quality systems.
  • Manage the planning team to deliver a complete planning/scheduling service.
  • Work with clients to implement planning processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Prepare regular reports and analyze contractor reports.
  • Manage activities and processes to prepare assets and shutdown plans accurately.
  • Schedule HSE plan activities and liaise with management teams on relevant cost and planning issues.
