Job Description:
  • Design and implement strategies for project delivery, ensuring alignment with project objectives and requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, consultants, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee interior and exterior finishing, including material selection, installation, and quality control.
  • Ensure effective integration of services, including HVAC, fire protection systems, lighting, and utilities.
  • Manage material procurement, evaluating supplier quotations and selecting materials meeting project standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural/civil engineering in Kuwait.
  • Strong understanding of architectural finishes, material selections, and project management processes.
  • Effective coordination with designers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Kuwaiti Driving license.
