Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be able to provide critical insights and comprehensive reporting on marketing campaigns and Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities.

The role involves analyzing campaign performance, generating actionable insights, and delivering reports that drive data-informed decisions to optimize customer engagement and business outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and CLM activities.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, including key performance indicators (KPIs), return on investment (ROI), and overall impact on customer lifecycle.
  • Campaign Performance Measurement: Evaluate the success of marketing campaigns for both Postpaid and Prepaid segments by tracking metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field, and proven experience in analytics and reporting roles, preferably within the telecom industry.
