Kuwait Steel, a leading manufacturer of steel products, requires an expert welder/fabricator to join its maintenance team in Kuwait. The selected candidate will contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities by performing various tasks related to welding, gas cutting, and repairs.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Maintenance Support: Provide technical support to the mechanical technician in carrying out maintenance activities (preventive and corrective) according to the SAP PM work order.
  2. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to equipment and machinery during shifts.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and effective problem-solving.

The suitable candidate should possess excellent knowledge of welding processes and have a strong background in industrial settings, preferably in vessel and pipeline fabrication.

Essential Skills:
  1. Demonstrated expertise in manual metal arc welding, TIG welding, and manual oxygen gas cutting.
  2. Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
