This is a full-time on-site position for a Marketing and Business Growth Manager at I Build General Buildings & Contracting Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, building client relationships, generating sales leads, conducting training sessions, and managing public relations operations.

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation
2. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication and customer service skills
3. Generate sales leads and opportunities through targeted marketing efforts
4. Conduct training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills
5. Manage public relations operations to maintain a positive brand image

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes good income and unique commissions that may reach 60,000 K.D annually.
