About the Position:
We are looking for a seasoned Churn Reduction Strategist to join our team in Kuwait. As a key member of our Prepaid Customer Value Management (CVM) function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reduce churn and increase lifetime value.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director, CVM prepaid and Manager, Campaign Management to develop the Ooredoo Kuwait Prepaid Consumer Retention strategy, prioritizing campaigns, designing marketing initiatives, and creating roadmaps for Customer Life Cycle Management.
- Contribute to the review of the Retention strategy and Roadmap on a regular basis, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the rollout of various Retention activities designed to reduce churn, increase Lifetime Value, and improve the Life Cycle Management process for our customers.
- Develop and supervise monthly/weekly/daily monitoring and analysis of Consumer churn within different product groups and customer segments, proposing adequate marketing actions accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Customer Care, Sales, Finance, Segments, Product Teams, BI, Communication, Technology, and other relevant teams, to ensure successful roadmap execution.
- Ensure timely training of relevant staff on Retention programs/activities, documenting and reviewing Customer Retention Processes as needed.
- Deliver and coordinate corresponding campaign requirements to the CMS team for campaign execution.
- Define strategic segments for targeted offerings, attending Marketing meetings as required with different Divisions/Departments.
About You:
- You have 3-4 years of experience delivering results for CVM functions in telecommunications, with strong knowledge of analytics, CVM tools, and techniques.
- You possess creative flair and excellent presentation skills, able to understand and execute measurement of results, and act appropriately to improve efforts.
- You are able to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities, with good knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- You have an excellent command of both written and verbal English, with demonstrated knowledge in CVM retention, understanding business segments across liability/asset products, and providing integrated campaign services/solutions across multiple channels to meet business goals.
