Jobfinders is a leading company in the FMCG industry, specializing in Foods and Beverages. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Leader F&B to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development:
  1. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, traffic, and sales across all brands in our portfolio.
  2. Plan and manage marketing campaigns for new product launches, refurbishments, seasonal initiatives, collaborations, and pop-ups.
  3. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement lead generation campaigns that target key customer segments.
  4. Work closely with the PR & Communications Manager to align public relations activities and messaging with marketing objectives.
Social Media Management:
  1. Develop a comprehensive social media strategy to grow our online presence and engage target audiences across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  2. Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, brand-aligned content, including visuals, videos, and captions.
  3. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
  4. Monitor and respond to customer interactions on social media in collaboration with the PR & Communications Manager, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
Digital Presence:
  1. Oversee our digital footprint, including websites, social media platforms, and online listings.
  2. Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversion through SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
Brand Manual Development:
  1. Collaborate with the Brand Manager to define and produce a comprehensive brand manual, ensuring it includes brand story, personality, and target audience; brand identity guidelines (visual assets, logo usage, typography, color schemes); digital and communication guidelines; interior and exterior branding elements; marketing materials, brand extensions, and compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  1. Work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure consistency in campaign messaging and customer engagement strategies across all touchpoints.
  2. Partner with the culinary and R&D teams to promote innovative menu items, seasonal offers, and signature dishes.
  3. Collaborate with the Customer Experience Director to ensure service standards and guest feedback are integrated into marketing initiatives.
  4. Coordinate with the Interior Design team to align in-store and environmental branding with marketing objectives.
Lead Generation and Public Relations:
  1. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to design and execute high-performing lead generation campaigns that align with revenue and growth goals.
  2. Work with the PR & Communications Manager to ensure public relations efforts amplify marketing strategies and maintain a consistent brand voice in all communications.
Partnerships and Promotions:
  1. Build and maintain partnerships with external agencies, influencers, and media outlets to amplify marketing efforts.
  2. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and limited-time offers to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Customer Insights and Market Research:
  1. Conduct regular market research to understand customer preferences, competitive positioning, and industry trends.
  2. Use data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Regional Oversight:
  1. Ensure marketing strategies are effectively implemented across all locations in the region.
  2. Adapt global and regional campaigns to suit local market dynamics and customer behavior.
