Position Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Base Life Support subcontractor's performance and ensuring compliance with technical requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and evaluate Subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual specifications.
  2. Review and approve reports and materials submitted by the Subcontractor.
  3. Certify invoices for payment and request corrections as necessary.
  4. Maintain accurate records of Subcontractor performance and notify management of any deviations.
  5. Document all interactions between the Subcontract Technical Monitor and the Subcontractor.
  6. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and other documents related to Subcontractor performance.
  7. Advise the Subcontractor on proposed changes and ensure proper authorization is obtained before implementation.
  8. Conduct regular site visits to assess Subcontractor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Evaluate employee work performance to ensure adherence to regulatory and policy requirements.
