Ambitious Boutique Leader

Job Overview

The Christian Dior Couture team is seeking an experienced and ambitious boutique leader to manage our high-end boutique operations.

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Design the optimal organizational structure, recruit top talent, and ensure a proactive talent pipeline for the boutique.
• Boutique Performance Management: Drive performance and compensation management, ensure people development (PCR, training & development plans), motivate, and reinforce engagement.
• Clientele Service and Management: Participate in the coordination of sales promotion activities, implement and monitor CRM programs, and act as an Ambassador of the Maison to build direct contact with VIPs.
• Boutique Operations & Administration: Implement group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines; oversee compliance with established Company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, merchandising, and other necessary information to management staff and associates.
• Assist the Boutique Manager in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales Associates.
• Participate in the preparation of merchandise displays and presentations, exercising independent judgment and discretion in applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
• Implement group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
